The weight off my shoulders

Hooray! My house is officially under contract!

This means I can leave my clothes on the floor again because I won’t have any more showings!

This means I don’t have to inspect the house top-to-toe for hairballs every day!

This means I can leave dishes in the drainer!

And this means that once the house passes inspections (which the buyer must have done inside 10 days), I have to pack and find an apartment and move all my crap by September 30th.

Hrm.

Congrats! I’m sure you must feel awesomely relieved about the whole process.

Where do you plan to move (location wise) now? There are some great apartments in MWood where I used to be!

Stock up on wine and the moving will be just fine (and wow, what a bad rhyme!)

(I know this is for the wrong post) but I love the pictures of the apartment you are considering. Also, my Dad has a house there that, while it needs some work, he would rent. I can find out the address if you like, no pressure, just thought I’d throw it out there.
